This is the personal site of Ari Emilio Núñez Menéndez. Below I explain who is responsible for the site, what personal data I process (very little) and how I use browser storage. In plain language, no fine print.

This site is for informational and professional purposes. Its content —writing, research, project descriptions, photographs and visual identity— belongs to its owner or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may quote and link to the content with proper credit; please do not reproduce it at scale or commercially without permission.
The site is provided “as is”. I take care to keep the information accurate, but I do not guarantee it is free of errors or that external links will stay available. Linked third-party sites (LinkedIn, GitHub, press) are governed by their own terms.
Privacy notice

What data I process: this site has no forms that send data to a server. It does not ask for your name, email or any data to browse it. If you choose to write to me, you do so from your own email client or my social profiles; in that case I only process the data you choose to share (such as your name and email) and only to reply and, where relevant, follow up on what you raise.
Basis and purpose: I process that contact data at your own request to communicate. I do not use it for advertising, I do not sell it and I do not share it with third parties, unless the law requires me to.
Retention: I keep emails for as long as needed to handle your message and meet applicable obligations, then delete them.
Your rights: you can request access to, rectification, cancellation of or objection to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to ari@peopleintelligence.mx. For visitors in the EU/EEA, the equivalent GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection) apply.
Transfers and providers: the site is hosted by Vercel (Vercel Inc.), a web infrastructure provider that processes standard technical data (such as the IP address in server logs) to deliver the pages and guard against abuse. This data is not used to profile you. The domain is managed through Squarespace.
